- Case Manager / Occupational Therapist
Description
Following our restructure in 2025, our service model and client demand have continued to evolve. We are now looking for an experienced Allied Health Professional to join our team in a predominantly Case Management role, working with clients across Central West NSW. For the right person, there may also be the opportunity to continue some clinical work within your own allied health discipline alongside your Case Management role.
Are you an experienced allied health professional who enjoys looking at the whole picture?
Are you looking for a role where you really get to know your clients and use your clinical skills in a different way?
Would you value genuine flexibility, interesting work and the support of a highly experienced team?
About the role
We are looking for someone who is keen to work a minimum of 24 hours /week across 4 days up to full time hours. As a Case Manager at Integrity Therapy Services, you'll work alongside participants and their families to understand their individual circumstances, priorities, goals and support needs, coordinate complex treatment, rehabilitation, care and community supports, and bring together multidisciplinary teams to facilitate clear, purposeful communication. You'll support participants to understand their options and be actively involved indecisions about their rehabilitation and life, build confidence, independence and self-efficacy, identify barriers and respond proactively, source appropriate services and supports, monitor progress and outcomes, and communicate effectively with iCare / Insurers, treating teams, service providers and other stakeholders.
Your work here will include:
- developing a strong understanding of each person’s goals, circumstances and support needs
- coordinating treatment, rehabilitation, care and community supports
- bringing multidisciplinary teams together and facilitating clear communication
- supporting participants to make informed decisions and build independence and self-efficacy
- identifying barriers and changing needs and responding proactively
- monitoring progress and outcomes
- communicating with iCare / Insurers, treating teams, families and service providers
- providing clear, timely and clinically reasoned documentation.
Your work here does NOT include;
- NDIS work – our service focus is now complex and catastrophic injury.
- The “return to work” push – we’re not occupational rehab. Our Case Management work is about building long-term relationships and supporting people with complex injuries over time.
- Ridiculous KPIs that leave you rushed, stressed and wondering why you chose allied health – we absolutely care about productivity and running a sustainable business, but not at the expense of quality work, good clinical reasoning or our people.
When you join Integrity Therapy, you can expect to;
- Be supported by a highly experienced team who genuinely care about our clients, the quality of our work and each other.
- Work with extraordinary clients – people with complex and catastrophic injuries who will challenge your thinking, build your clinical skills and remind you why you chose allied health in the first place.
- Work alongside some incredible service providers across the Central West – we have strong relationships with experienced clinicians, support providers and services throughout our region.
- Work within funding schemes that value professional expertise – with clear guidelines, defined processes and designated people overseeing each case, so you know who to talk to when you need to get things done.
- Work flexibly in a way that works for you and the role – from home, from our Orange office and out and about with clients across the Central West. We value flexibility and trust our experienced clinicians to manage their work well.
- Be part of a team that genuinely enjoys being a team – we work hard and take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Our active Social Club keeps us connected with regular catch-ups, team activities and plenty of opportunities to have some fun together.
A bit more about us...
Integrity Therapy Services is an experienced team providing Case Management and Occupational Therapy to people with catastrophic and complex injuries across regional NSW.
We’ve been doing this work for more than 16 years, and we’re pretty proud of the experience, relationships and regional knowledge we’ve built along the way.
Our values of Integrity, Quality, Respect, Adaptability and Dedication genuinely guide how we work – with our clients, their families, the people we work alongside and each other. We believe in doing what we say we’ll do, communicating honestly, producing work we’re proud of and treating people well.
Most importantly, we believe people living in regional NSW should have access to the same level of clinical expertise and high-quality support as anyone living in a metropolitan area – delivered by people who understand complex rehabilitation and what it actually means to live regionally.
We’re a small, experienced team who share knowledge, ask questions, help each other out and genuinely care about doing good work.

Not sure if your skills, experience or Allied Health background are quite the right fit? Give us a call and have a chat. If you bring the right experience, motivation and willingness to learn, we can provide the Case Managementtraining, support and mentoring you need. There’s plenty of opportunity to grow and develop the role in a direction that works for you and for us.
Where do you call home? You don't necessarily need to live in Orange! Depending on where you're based, we may be able to make the role work from your local area. If you're interested in relocating to Orange, tell us that too – we may be able to help with a move.
As this role will provide Case Management services to iCare participants, appointment will be subject to the successful applicant being approved as an iCare Case Manager. You may already hold iCare Case Manager approval, or we will support you through the application and approval process.
If you're keen...
Please email your current resume along with a cover letter that tells us a little about:
- Your skills and experience – including your allied health background and experience with complex injury, neurological conditions, disability or rehabilitation.
- Why this role interests you – particularly what appeals to you about Case Management and working with clients over the longer term.
- How you manage your workload – particularly when there are competing priorities, lots of moving parts and people waiting on you.
- What you're like to work with – what would your colleagues say you bring to a team?
- What you're looking for – including your preferred hours, flexibility and what matters to you in your next workplace.
- Your iCare Case Manager status – whether you're already an Approved Case Manager or would need to apply for approval.
And finally, tell us something about you that we won't find on your resume.
We don't need an essay! We'd just like to get a feel for who you are, how you work and whether we might be a good fit for each other.
Please make sure you address the points above – applications without a cover letter addressing these won't progress to the next stage.
