POSITION
Full-time faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate Professor rank are available in Aug 2026 to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in all or some of the following fields: Finance. The positions are flexible to accommodate other teaching and research interests. The positions are subject to funding.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Ph.D. in Finance or related fields. Applicants from AACSB-accredited schools are preferable. Applicants require a degree in hand by March 2026. Applicants should be active researchers with a commitment to pursue excellence in teaching and research. Professional work experience will be a plus. In alignment with the college’s mission, content that reflects humanistic leadership concerns is expected to be covered in the courses.
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching Competence: Candidates capable of instructing courses aligned with their academic specialities are preferred, particularly in the following areas:
Financial Management
Sustainable Finance (Undergraduate and Graduate)
FinTech and Applications (Undergraduate and Graduate)
Corporate M&A Valuation and Financial Analysis (Graduate)
Derivatives (Graduate)
International Financial Management (Graduate)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY

COMPENSATION & TEACHING LOAD
Compensation: Total Annual Salary:
Assistant Professor: Total annual compensation starting from NT$1,111,860 (approx. US$35,000*) per year
Associate Professor: Total annual compensation starting from NT$1,250,235 (approx. US$39,000*) per year
Salary Structure: Figures above are inclusive of the 1.5-month year-end bonus.
*USD amounts are estimates based on current exchange rates; actual payment is in TWD.
Teaching Load
Assistant Professor: 18 credit hours per academic year (equivalent to teaching approximately 3 courses per semester)
Associate Professor: 18 credit hours per academic year (equivalent to teaching approximately 3 courses per semester)
Teaching load reductions are available according to institutional policies for research projects, thesis supervision, and administrative responsibilities.
Faculty are expected to teach a minimum of 9 credit hours per academic year.
