Description: This is a 12-hour shift three days each week, with the shift schedule being from 19:00-07:30, total of 36 hours per week. RN Medical / Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Need 2 Professional References. The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $51.10/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $36.27/hr, along with a per diem of $14.83/hr. Local rate (Below 60 miles): $44.55/hr.\n

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Registered Nurse Illinois state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Registered Nurse program
• One year of work experience as Medical Surgical Registered Nurse
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
