Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Salary: $38.13 - $58.24 per hour (Hiring Range)

UNC Health Caldwell is located in the foothills between Hickory and Boone (home of ASU, hiking trails, and skiing). Asheville and Charlotte are a close car ride away.
Responsibilities:
Patient throughput; safety and quality monitoring; patient satisfaction processes;
Follow-up with new employees/new grads, etc.
In search of a patient centered healthcare professional with initiative, organization and a zeal compassionate, high quality service.
Requirements
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a school of professional nursing.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
For positions at magnet hospitals, professional certification relevant to the practice area and on the ANCC Magnet approved list is required within the probationary period of employment.
Professional Experience Requirements:
Eighteen (18) months of professional nursing experience in a tertiary care setting to include didactic and clinical experience in the area of assignment preferably with charge and precepting experience in the area of assignment.
