About the Role
As Lead Technical Officer, you will oversee fabrication services, lead a skilled technical team, and ensure the safe, high-quality delivery of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
You’ll play a critical role in:
Supporting clinicians to achieve the best outcomes for patients
Maintaining a safe, high-performing workshop environment
Driving innovation across materials, fabrication techniques and emerging technologies (including digital design and 3D printing)
What Your Day Will Look Like
Leading and mentoring Technical Officers, building capability and confidence
Managing end-to-end fabrication workflow (not just one step in the process)
Ensuring quality, safety and compliance across all workshop activities
Working closely with clinicians to deliver tailored patient solutions
Driving continuous improvement in materials, processes and innovation

Extensive experience in Prosthetics & Orthotics fabrication
Strong technical capability across materials, tools and workshop practices
Experience leading or mentoring others
