Job Description:
- Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s of Nursing (Required), Bachelor’s of Nursing
- Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body,
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation
- Quality Improvement, ATD Master Instructional Designer Certified (ATD) – Accredited Issuing Body
- Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation
- Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation
- Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range:
$32.76 – $57.47
