The MA Level Clinician will provide family and strength based clinical services as well as treatment plans, intensive family therapy and therapeutic training and support services to families in home and community settings.

Responsibilities:
Promote a healthy, safe and open environment for individuals and families.
Complete biopsychosocial assessments, including the CANS.
Coordinate treatment planning in collaboration with families, and provide intensive family therapy.
Identify community resources and develop supports for youth and parent/guardian.
Collaborate with other providers, including outpatient therapists, primary care physicians, schools, inpatient hospitals, etc.
Complete all required documentation and progress notes.
Provide skills training and coaching to children and families in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
Requirements
Must have a degree that is license eligible with an Allied Mental Health licensure board or Department of Public Health.
Licensure/degree must be appropriate and contain a scope of practice that allows a clinician to provide behavioral health interventions to youth and families.
A degree in one of the following fields with two years of experience working with children and families with behavioral health needs will be accepted: Mental Health (including but not restricted to: counseling, addictions, family therapy, social work, psychology and expressive therapies), child development, nursing/medicine and Education with a concentration in Behavioral Health.
At least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families.
Must hold a valid driver’s license, have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport members.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with standardized documentation processes.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and providers.
Enthusiastic, motivated approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
