Description
Clinical Program Manager, F/T, Master's Degree in Medicine, Health Administration, Public Health, or a Related Field.Plan, develop, and manage clinical care programs to improve patient outcomes and ensure effective service delivery. Oversee the implementation of mental health and primary care initiatives, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical best practices. Coordinate the daily activities of clinical staff. Develop and maintain clinical protocols, quality assurance procedures, and training programs for staff development. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and program efficiency. Prepare and submit clinical reports and program evaluations to executive leadership.
